Remark Photographer
N83WS Ladies & gentlemen, I present to you: Bumble Bee! Created by Robert Starr and it's hard to believe it (I know I have trouble with it), but this 'aircraft' has really flown and it even holds the World Record for the smallest piloted airplane (dated january 28, 1984).

Somehow I can't believe someone actually flew this.
And he who did so must have had a deathwish.
It just looks like someone chopped of the wings and let them be that way.

A visitor from Canada posted Mon May 12, 2008:
It must need one heck of a lot of thrust to get enough lift from those little wings!

A visitor from Netherlands posted Mon May 12, 2008:
You don't wanna fly that thing directly behind the A380.. LOL

A visitor from Netherlands posted Mon May 12, 2008:
Is that a suit?
:-))

A visitor from United States posted Sun May 11, 2008:
That thing looks hard to fly.
