'Near tailstrike' is probably merely perspective. Note the shadow and the fact that the plane is already 'loose', i.e. airborne. 1 Don't think tail is too close. 2 Don't think any part of the ac is going to be closer to the ground in the ensuing moments than here or before.
If the tail would actually get dangerously close to the ground, luckily the Boeing engineers have equipped all 773's with a tailguard. So the pilots would have to scr*w up seriously to damage the plane that way.
