One of the nicest shots I have come across for a while. It has a stereotypical Scandinavian feel to it, with the illuminated fog adding excellent atmosphere. A mysterious, peaceful, well thought out photo. Great work!

The star effect of the lights on the tower and side of the building. The color of the fog created by the sodium light. The quite time of the airport created by the fog and lighting effects. All of these come together to create this unique picture.

There's no sunlight in the pic, just normal ambient city lighting reflected from snow and fog. Time exposure has done the efficient trick.
