Airbus Axxx Commercially Viable?

Sun Aug 27, 2000 3:15 am

There is a lot of talk about the new Gargantuan baby but on which routes can it get enough yeld to make it viable? There are no many 747s already flying with row after row of empty seats during the off-peak season.
On top of that, most maintenace hangars would not be able to cater for the new size requirements. Or am I totally wrong?
