Recently (mid January) I completed a DFW-ICN-DFW roundtrip on AA. Both flights were operated with the 789, and I was in Business Class on both segments. DFW-ICN clocked in at 14h05m, while it was an even 12 hours on the return leg. I'll let the pictures do most of the talking, but I will say both flights were enjoyable. The C seats on the AA 789 are very comfortable, with good privacy, a ton of storage space, large flat screen with a ton of movies, and the seat is comfortable in the lie flat position. The plane as expected was very quiet and it was an exceedingly smooth ride, nary a bump felt, in either direction. Catering was good, but unfortunately (or fortunately if you like them) there were a pleathora of mushroom dishes on the menu. Just never liked those things. Anyway, service was friendly, and I did not leave either flight hungry, with two full meals served plus a mid flight light meal if you so desired. Amenities included bottled water, slippers, amenity kit, noise canceling headsets, pre-departure champagne service, and pre-meal hot towel service. The last time I took this flight it was operated by a 3-class 777 (trip report link:
