Pre-screening. Backlit?

Would you say that this one could get a backlit rejection?

Sun is over, not back, sometimes, in this light conditions, I had a DARK. Consider that I'm viewing pic from phone so I couldn't do any other observation.

It's more toplit than backlit. In the end the light is a bit harsh, but it's passable for me.

The sun was actually as you're saying, totally over the airplane, that's why I was doubting.

Ultimately it will come down to who screens it. Some will reject for a dark personal and state harsh lighting while others will accept. It's clearly top lit so that shouldn't cause any issues with getting a backlit rejection.
