Maybe a bit more contrast? I can see some noise on the winglet and underneath the horizontal stabiliser. The rest of the pic is quite good apart from the horizontal stabiliser which seems to me like it'd be hard to fix. I'll wait for someone else to comment on it but that's my take. The noise could be slightly reduced by using Neat Image, a free PS addon. But there could be some quality issues along with it too..

There is a bit of grain/noise as noted already. I think the crop is too loose for the usual "tail" motive, as discussed thoroughly in another thread.

This one would get a few "second opinion requested" before the final decision I think.
