Post Screening - Colour And Level. (whales)

Hello again

I have had problems this photo. I am battling to get rid of the colour cast and getting it level. Any advice is welcome. This photo has been re-edited.

Thank you. It looks like there is a bit of grain there. I have reworked it. How does it look now?

CCW = COUNTER clockwise. Looks even more unlevel now.

Colour looks better, but I think the quality's not quite there with this edit (grain, detail, etc...)
