It's been a while since I've uploaded so I thought I'd try this A350 from MIA and I'm a bit stumped.

Blurry: perhaps the underlying cause, but only the original can tell
Compression: a bit
Oversharpened: agree
Noise: agree
Underexposed: A bit, but the light isn't htat great to begin with
Suggest to start a new edit with some more (but careful to avoid artefacts) noise reduction and less sharpening. Especially the Qatar titles are very vulnerable to sharpening. Provided that original isn't that blurry.
