747 @ sunset... too yellow? & A380 belly @ 18mm

747 @ sunset... too yellow? & A380 belly @ 18mm

Just had my very first photo added to the database...after 10 rejections (and 3 years!) - this hobby is sure addictive...so what do you guys feel about these 2...

The 747 I've aligned straight using the vertical edge of the Virgin hangar, not sharpened too sharply, but tried to retain some yellow of the natural sunset. Can't see any heat haze myself, but please advise.

The Etihad is hopefully the right exposure, though I hope the sunlight isn't too burnt out in those clouds at the top right.... Thanks for your help in advance....

BA 747: too yellow for me (despite the low light) and soft. Perhaps even a little blurry, but hard to tell from that size.
Etihad: the clouds look way overedited and the image is still underexposed. Belly shots on a bright day with high sun like that hardly work.
747: overexposed and low contrast. Harsh light and suggest to do such photo when the light is lower and more on the nose.
787: same as 747 head-on.
