I can’t comment on the quality as I’m not on my editing computer however based on my past upload experience I would suggest a closer crop and also maybe move it up slightly as it looks on the low side of the frame.

Quality looks OK to me. Just crop it so that the plane is centered, resize it a bit smaller, remove a couple of dust spots on the upper part of the sky and it should be good to go!

Personally I would crop it to a 16:9 ratio and probably somewhere between 1300-1500 px on the long side depending on its quality.
