Banned for Cloning

Tue Apr 10, 2018 4:43 pm

Last night, I received a rejection for "Editing" and "Personal Message". In the comments, I was told that I have a "one week ban for cloning". I didn't edit this past the usual stuff I do for airliners.net (sharpening, levelling, etc.). Can anyone enlighten me on this? Also, the registration number, MSN, and LN seemed to have changed since I uploaded it.

All the log info is weird and confusing. Can you please confirm if you uploaded a photo of the Korean A380 or of N705CK (a Kalitta Boeing 747)?

Ok. Are you able to upload photos still (can you give it a try)?

EDIT: for some reason this posts appears before yours :/

Yes. I still have the ability, and was able to do so. I uploaded a different picture though.

Probably irrelevant at this stage, but I'm surprised it didn't get the boot for 'level'. At the left frame-edge, I'd expect that hangar vertical to lean inward slightly; the truck under the wing also supports the 'unlevel' theory as it's on an incline.

I believe I leveled it with the roofline of that hangar in the background and then cropped it out. I think it's just the angle of everything that makes it look weird.

Somehow your photo and someone else's got mixed up in the log after screening, no idea how that happeed. But the correct person was banned and you are not.
Regarding your photo: it looks right in frame
