Could I have some thoughts on these shots:
I'm aware the last shot has some visible dark areas where you can see it was shot through a fence, but would like some feedback on the processing.

Pre-Screening - McG1967
I've recently got a new camera (5DIV) and am trying to work out the best settings in Lightroom when editing for things like contrast etc with it.
Could I have some thoughts on these shots:

Hi mark,
Here are my thoughts:
1. Ethihad A330: soft and needs some additional contrast. You could try toning down the brightness--the glare on the tail is distracting as well.
2. Virgin A330: Needs a tighter crop on the elft side--closer to the tail/tail cone. You could also try balancing the crop between the 2 engines. In its present form, the horizontal stabilizer is prematurely cropped.
3. Emirates B777: Again, the horizontal stabilizer is cropped prematurely on the right side. Balancing the crop close to the engines should do it.
4. Virgin A330: Looks acceptable for me
5. Virgin A330: Same recommendation as #2 above.

Hi Mark,
The quality looks very nice on all of them, but photos 2,3 and 5 need a better (more balanced) crop. I can also agree on the bit more sharpening of photo 1.
