Post-screening: Banding rejection

This photo of mine just got rejected for banding but I don't see evidence of banding or I'm understanding this the wrong way. See my photo here and I'm looking forward to your feedback/assistance on how to correct this:

Hi Roger,

The banding is in the top sky, arc-like striping ("banding") in the sky. You should be able to clearly see it when equalizing the photo in Photoshop.
