Rejection. Should I appeal?

Had this photo reject for underexposed and low contrast. I don't see that issue with it but I was wondering for a second opinion?

It could be a little brighter, but I'd say borderline at worst, and easily acceptable at best.

Contrast seems fine.

Thanks Vik. Haha remember when I got so frustrated and upset with rejections a long time ago? I didn’t have an eye for it. Now I’ve trained my eyes. :D

I'll swim against the tide! :wink2:

I think it's a little dark and a little flat. Debatable if it's enough to justify rejecting.

However, a minor tweak (left half) shows quite an improvement, IMHO.

Although I agree with Steve, the initial photo falls within the tolerable levels. Not going to nitpick this bad ;)
