Hi, Jike
If it's possible maybe you can post some photos here to us in order to see the situation.
From my understanding, if " Blurry " and " Soft " appear at the same time which means that the screener(s) might consider that some parts of the aircraft seems very soft compared to other parts. And this effect will make screener(s) or people feel Blurry. Well, i encounted this situation many times before and some screeners might tell you which parts is soft by leaving a PM to you but some might not. However, if the screener(s) only gives you " Soft " reason which means that the whole aircraft looks soft and it deserves more sharpness. If screener(s) only gives you " Blurry " which means most of parts or the whole picture looks blurry and it's serious. In addition, if you get " Oversharpened" and " Soft " at the same time it has the same meaning of getting " Soft " and " Blurry" i think.
Those are only my personal perspectives. You can wait for screener(s) to give you more explanations !
Best wishes,
Harry
