underexposed???

I think it could be brighter. Try a Levels adjustment, and move the right slider to around 237. As you can see there, the histogram still has some empty space on the right side.

I agree it could be brighter - but is it really so dark as to result in an underexposed rejection?? Today alone I had an F-15 photo accepted that overall was significantly darker.

Histogram settings (of your edit): +10 / 1.20 / 245.

EDIT: apparently the photo host is being silly..

Not smart enough to know what this means....I assume it means the photo is too dark?

It's a way to make it brighter. If you open your edited photo in Photoshop, press ctrl + L. Then input "10" in the left box, "1.20" in the middle and "245" in the most right one.
