Hi,
the following image is rejected for being blurry and oversharpened, the same image was screened by other honourable screener,only low contrast and noise were issue now all of sudden he mentioned confusing blurry & sharpened words. please guide me,should i appeal?

Definitely blurry to me. Unfortunately many times when some issues are fixed, they expose others. I can't say for sure if this was the case. Other times, we screeners see and focus (no pun intended) on different issues...I know it is not ideal, but at times we see different things. We hope that the appeal process can resolve major inconsistencies. In this case however, I don't believe this image will make it through the appeal process. It is a dramatic composition! See if you have another frame from the series that is not blurry.

Quite blurry and should have been seen picked up on during the first screening.

This one seems definite Blurry and Overexposed to me and I don't consider that it can be fixed or appealed successfully. If you have another angle of it or another shot of it you can have a try to it.
