Over exposed rejection

Hi
Had this image rejected for being over exposed, just like to have some other opinions before appealing.

Idk to say that it's alright but a little bit expose reduction would work better

I'll swim against the tide and say I think it looks somewhat "washed out".

To me, the quickly adjusted left side looks better (colour might need a little tweak) -
