Photoshop Elements 14 Noise Reduction

Hi, having just started using Photoshop Elements 14, can anyone offer insight into the best free plug-in to use for noise reduction on Elements 14? Any suggestions would be most welcome, thanks in advance.

Perhaps NeatImage. But honestly I've never really liked it or used it that much in the past (when I still worked with Elements).
I currently use CS6 and for noise reduction I use the feature in the RAW converter. If that's not enough, I have Google's NiK software (which is really free ;) ) to help get rid of excess noise.

I use the built in NR filter (PSE11) and it works fine for me. I use the magic wand to select areas that need NR and apply it using a layer. This enables me to erase in areas where it causes too much blur or color bleeding. I use NiK as well only when there is excessive noise.
