Hi Jason,
Just a friendly tip, it's better to use 1 thread for all your feedback questions. That way you don't have to create a new one every time.
On to the photo: Immediately noticeable is that it is underexposed. You can easily fix that but checking the historgram of the photo and adjusting it to what the situation requires. It's also noise and a bit too much sharpening was used. A bit bit tighter crop would also be good. We also don't accept photos that have a personal watermark on them.

Thanks for the thread tip, Watermarks are not issue. The underexposed is something I have to work on, I like them a little underexposed.
