Should this have been a rejection for Blurry? Rejected for "Blurry left of frame" I don't see anything blurred except for the seat backs, and even that I don't see to effect the motive of the image.

Since the blurred (out of focus) elements are a dominant part of the foreground, it is rather distracting. Perhaps a smaller aperture with more depth of field would have been better. I also find the pilot on the right side squeezing himself off to the side of the seat to be an unnatural part of the picture...might be good cause for a "motive" rejection as well.

I don't see a reason for the rejection. It's not blurry whatsoever despite what the screener and head screener sees. Might as well have said rejected 'just because'. There's also recent shots in the DB that set a precedence that look just like this, blurred seats in the foreground, etc.
