For Christmas, I recived a Olympus 140mm camera. I was wondering if it would do well enough for shots inside the airport to say, the runway. I don't know. From 4 feet away when you put the camera in someone's face at 0mm their face is really tiny and when you zoom up to 140mm their face takes up the whole screen, so how will it do in an airport?

I recently bought one for my wife, - well that was the excuse anyway and took it on holiday over Christmas.
When my slides come back from processing I should be able to give you a more definitive answer but I was happy enough with the framing of shots taken at the airports. Of course a rangefinder type camera is not ideal for shooting through link fences etc, so if weight or inconvenience was not a problem, an SLR with a 38 -200 zoom would be preferable.
I also find the placing of the zoom control on the Olympus awkward relative to the shutter button.
