I hope you've got deep pockets, because you'll struggle to get two lenses to achieve the results you want, let alone a single 'jack of all trades'. Those lenses that will offer the capabilities are well over $/EUR1000, so unless you compromise on image quality it's going to get expensive (and it won't be cheap even with the compromise!).
Something else to bear in mind is that, in photography, magnification is not thee same as focal length, so you need to decide what focal range you'll need. Magnification is relative but something different. Lenses are typically fisheye (below about 12mm), ultra-wide (12-23mm), wide (24-49mm), Standard (normally considered around 50mm), telephoto (51-200mm) or super-telephoto (above 200mm), and can either have fixed focal lengths or zooms. The least used in aviation is usually the fisheye, which is only really useful for aircraft interior shots or to create an effect.
