According to the date and aircraft Info you provided , i searched it in my phone with FR24 PRO Account and it shows that the altitude of it is about 37,000ft-39,000ft. If you can provide your approximate location i would glad to help you find the approximate altitude at your location.

Yep, that's it at FL390 somewhere overhead Plum, Pa at 2:40pm, on a heading of 009deg, seconds away from beginning it's descent for YYZ
