In a few months, I traveled to Florida and wanted to know what to ask for permission to take Opa Locka pictures. Did you have a problem?
Did you put the lens in the middle of the perimeter fence? What lens have you used?

If I saw an Air Koryo Il-18 at OPF that would truly be worthy of a photo op.
Although I have spent many hours wandering amongst the bones of old birds at OPF, it has been too long for me to reply to your request. Back in the day you just looked for a chain-link gate and walked in.

I have never had a problem with renting a car and driving around, stepping out taking the photo, and moving on. I know they aren't keen at certain spots around the perimeter, usually where the Orion Executive Jet Centre is. That is true of most Executive ground handlers in the US though. I have got plenty of photos through fences, they won't always be perfect side profiles but still good.
