Mumbai spotting :need advice

Fri Aug 04, 2017 12:22 pm

Although I vaguely know where most of the Mumbai shots are taken from, I have no idea how to actually get to those spots. Over the next few weeks, is any a.nutter planning to go spotting? I will appreciate some guidance about how to get there and what the best times are. Not being from Mumbai, I don't have much idea about BEST routes or schedules.

The AI 744s only operate twice a week, although off the top of my head I can't remember which days. The slum spot is good for the first couple of hours after sunrise (any time of year), after which I imagine heat-haze will become a problem. You can get a local taxi there as long as you can explain to them exactly what you want to do.
