I'm struggling with the following cases that if they can be priority screen as here are not enough clear description to help in the guidelines. Any suggestion would be great.
.1. The registration has already been taken by one previous aircraft, and here are some photos in the db, but another aircraft(Airline) has now owned it.
ex: N166FE was a Boeing 727 owned by FedEx, now it is a private or business jet.
.2. The registration can be find with AUTOCOMPLETE, but no photo in db.
ex: B-22316 V-Air.
.3. The registration can be find with AUTOCOMPLETE, but does not fit the aircraft and also no photo in db.
ex: VP-BUO, in the AUTOCOMPLETE it is an A319 regardless the airline, but now it is a Boeing 767.
.4. New (but not recently, maybe 1 years ago) aircraft for an airline ñ in full scheme but no photo in db.
