New Registrations Not Getting Added

Hello,

Last night I uploaded an image of a new registration. The image did not get added overnight. I sent an email to the priorityscreening@airliners.net this morning and have not heard back anything.

I'm just wondering if the site still priority adds new registrations to the database and if there has been any change in the protocol for these.

All new registrations are eligible for priority screening. If you provide the photo ID, we can check the status.

Is there anything we as the photographer should do when submitting. Do we have to comment for priority in the box? I thought just a new registration is automatically flagged by the system.

I found the photo, not sure where it went wrong. The priority queue is missing from the screening menu after last night's update, so it isn't that obvious that there is a new frame waiting, which could be the reason why it hasn't been screened yet. I can't do it at the moment as I'm not on my screening computer.

Ticking the priority checkbox on the upload form will be sufficient, but please leave a comment to the screeners as to why the photo deserves priority screening.
