Info Required: Cubana IL96 into Europe

Can anyone provide me with an update as to whether Cubana are still flying their IL-96's into Europe, e.g. Madrid? If so, on what days and times. I would like to get some photos before they are no more.

Madrid and Paris Orly are the two airports served with the IL96.

Yea, MAD and ORY are the Cubana IL96 destinations. Been meaning to fly on them since I was a young teenage avspotter. Not sure about those IL96s going away though....don't they have IL96-400s due to come to them?

Thanks for the replies. On the Madrid service, a little research shows it arrives on Tuesday, rather than Friday. Anyone got a schedule for Orly?

well MAD is 2 weekly I see, Tue and Fri.

ORY is one weekly. depart Sat from Havana arrive Sunday in ORY. Theyve been using Plus Ultra A343s last few weeks too.

Not that easy. Booking with them isn't easy at all, let alone scoring the russian quad on your flight.

Still, be aware that aircraft substitutions on that flight are rather common, and you may end up with shots of PlusUltra's A343 or EuroAtlantic 767s.

Indeed, not looking to fly on it but get some photos but as Miguel suggests, third party aircraft operate the flight.
