My New Airline

Hi!
I need some help regarding some figures. Could anyone help answer a few of my questions?

1) How much would it cost to lease two 757-200s (real ones) including pilots and copilots and spares and everything? What happens if that plane has to be taken out of service and you need another plane urgently?

2) How much are pilots and copilots typically paid? What about F/As? How much does IFE cost to be installed?

3) How much does it cost to lease gates from Changi Airport Terminal 1/2 and how much does routes like SIN-KUL, SIN-PEN and SIN-BKK cost? How bout the fuel charges?

And if anyone is willing to offer advice on my start-up airline based in Changi Airport, I'd be most happy. Of course, I'm not aiming to put SIA out of business or anything but just please offer some advice such as types of routes, aircraft and things like that.

Do you mean a non virtual airline? I think the other people think you mean a virtual airline.
