Northwest Safety Cards

Thu Dec 09, 1999 7:36 am

Here, I sent e-mail to Northwest regarding safety cards. I did it today, and already got response. Northwest suck!!! I have asked them for anything, stuff like: time tables, safety cards, brochures etc. they dont wanna send me anything.
Here is an email from them to me:

Thank you for contacting Northwest Airlines.

Regarding copies of our safety instructions, we do not keep copies of
this information in a central place in our headquarters building.
Therefore, we are unable to fulfill your request. However, we hope to
have you fly with us soon so that you will be able to see the various
safety sheets on each airplane. Again, thank you for your inquiry.

If you need further assistance, please send a response including the
original text of your message.

Sincerely,

Christine Anderson

And how come other people got safety cards from them?

mabey it would help if you acutally took the time and wrote a letter aking for that stuff. i wrote to American, and sun courntry, and send me a ton of stuff with their emblem on it! american airlines gave me five pairs of wings, three magizines, and a card like the saftey card except it just had in formation on their airline etc. so mabey that would help. but i wrote to northwest like two weeks ago, and still no response, ill let ya know what happens!

The manager of Customer Service sent me 5 cards. It was to ttnwa@nwa.com though. It's just luck. I'll try again tonight though.

Hello,

I sent a request to them and they said they didn't have any at there headquarters office. Miyuki or something replied to that.
Then I tried a second time and they said they would send some of their safety cards to me. Some other person replied to that.
I think it might depend on who responds to you. Some of the people might be nice and some might not...

Hope that helped

The second time, they said they wouldn't, but they would send me an in-flight magazine. Next try will be in Y2K.

I've written them 2 times. No response at all. All I wanted was a 747, and 727 SCard. But oh well.
