Clearcoat The Decal

Thu Dec 02, 1999 1:15 pm

This problem usually occurs to older kits but some noew kit decals are prone to cracking too. Whatever you do, DO NOT DIP THE DECAL INTO THE WATER until you first clearcoat the entire decal sheet with clear paint (preferably with airbrush or from a spray can). All the decals on the sheet may be linked together now, but no problem, you just have to trim eac h individual decal out from the sheet. Hope this helps.

Happy Modelling!

James
