FS9 AFCAD DEN and AMS--best runway layout?

I keep trying to reconfigure runways in AFCAD for multiple runway airports like DEN and AMS, but I always end up with some ridiculous amount of traffic on one runway and nothing at all the others. Does anyone have a good combination of landing/takeoff restrictions that work at DEN or AMS (or a similar airport with 4+ runways) that keeps the traffic moving without too much of a bottleneck?
