Custom 1:600 MD-88

Thu Jun 15, 2017 7:51 am

Hello all,

This is my first attempt at something so small. Not too bad if I say so myself. I started with a 1:600 Scandanavian MD-80. Removed the tail, lettering and cockpit windows. I always felt the cockpit windows were these models biggest downfall. Painted the tail and belly and applied some custom decals. I also painted the engine clam shells and wings to give it the proper polished look. The end product is a Delta MD-88 in the current livery. Something never made in production by schabak in 1:600. Please leave feedback! Thanks!
