Hi all,
My grandfather was an Eastern airlines pilot before he retired. He passed away awhile ago and I ended up with several of his Eastern flight manuals for the Boeing 720 (circa 1966) and the DC-8 (circa early 1970s). I came across the manuals as I was cleaning out the storage closet in my garage today. I am a bit of an enthusiast, but I have come around to thinking that there are museums, vintage airplane restoration groups, and collectors who would find much more enjoyment and use out of having these than I ever will. The best way to honor his memory is put these manuals in the hands of one of these groups or individuals.
If you are interested, please contact me. If I don't hear from you in the next few weeks, I will donate them to a local aviation museum. I prefer to have active interest.
Thank you!
John
