2016 South Aust Modellers Assoc Model Expo

Mon Oct 17, 2016 11:02 am

Over the week end of October 15-16 2016 here in Adelaide, South Australia, we had our annual Model Expo put on by the South Australian Plastic Modellers Association.

Unlike the Props, Jets & Rotors show held earlier in the year which is only for aircraft, the bigger expo covers aircraft and other modelling subjects. However, there is a large aircraft section.

Hey mate,
Very impressive photos of what looks like a great show!
Its been a while since I have been to one and your photos have motivated me to get out there and find one.
I especially liked the six-seat Stuka (wasn't aware of that before now) and the Swissair DC-7 display (magnificent!)
We're any of these models built by you? I haven't built a plastic model in years but won a local competition as a teenager with a 1/72 scale Westland Lysander model I spent ages on.... Always had a soft spot for that plane!
Cheers,
Bunumuring.
