Just click on "collectible shows" (some are over) and "AI2017DEN" the big show next summer. You can collect to your heart's content!!

Given I fly on business in excess of 140,000 miles per year, and have for 21+ years now, I collect bumps, bruises, and burst cervical disks from the awfulness that is airline travel these days. The only airline collectibles I get these days are empty bottles of medications to help me thru the day for pain.

Would you be interested in my neck MRI from my NWA flight where some jag bag dropped a 40 lb. roller board on my head? Or perhaps my Xray from a CAL flight of my broken elbow where a flight attendant rammed a beverage cart into my elbow? Or better yet, how about a schedule brochure from Pan Am, which showed no flights ever left on time? :P Let me know.

Sad, but all true. LOL, or I'd cry.

Thanks for that link. I collect A LOT of airline and aircraft memorabilia - I have a slice of a PanAm 707 with window intact, with PA blue cheat line, I have an aluminum wind tunnel model of a 707, and a few great vintage airline posters: VC10, SAS, VARIG and more.

The one think I want more than anything is a metal VARIG "R" from a 3D sign.

The most obvious place to start is Ebay, which has pages of stuff under the search heading "Airline Memorabilia" - from airline teaspoons to old airline ashtrays to Concorde things:

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R4 ... a&_sacat=0

But they also have other headings on Ebay, There are ten pages (at 50 items per page) of Airline Plates and there's an even bigger stack of stuff under Airline Brochures and even more stuff under Airline Maps. Just search for what you're looking for - it may not be there today but it may turn up some other time.
