I have some good news for people who enjoy photographing and reading about piston and turboprop aircraft.
Propliner, the UK magazine that had articles about these aircraft, both when they flew in airline service in the 1950s and 1960s and their operations today in more remote areas of the world, has resumed publication.
A 96 page "2016 Annual" issue of Propliner has gone on sale. Some of the articles in this magazine include a history of Aspen Airlines' Convairliners, a flight to Capetown on a DC-3, where to photograph large propeller aircraft in California, where to find flying boats in Canada, a history of Air Laos, and much more.
