Thrust Reversers And N1

Hi fellow tech-addicts  

Here's a question for you:
When an airplane lands and applies thrust reverser, how many % of N1 is necesarry to bring the aircraft to a stop, I know it would rather depends of the runway lenght, but usually?

Also, what is the maximum authorized % of N1 one can apply to the thrust reversers? Would an airplane running at 99% of N1 in reversers is possible, if yes, does that happen often?

Airbus 320 has a maximum reverse thrust (at sea level) of 70% N1.
