Here's some more info for ya...
The 737-200 Advanced came with various weight values depending upon whatever the airline requested, and was willing to pay for. They're also related to what engines were installed, i.e. the -7, -9. -15, -17, or -17R variants of the JT8D.
For a 737-200 Adv with -9,
Max takeoff is 115.5
Max landing is 103.0
Max zero fuel is 95.0
OEW (a typical one) is 62.5
Max payload (MZFW-OEW) is 32.5 (and you ain't going transcon with that much, I assure you)
Fuel flow is about 6,000 pph (total) for a -9, and goes higher as you increase to a -17R.
FYI, Buzz is right on re: the hydraulic systems, etc., but keep in mind that they changed them starting with the -300 and beyond, should you ever switch to one of those types for your FS work...
