the difference between CAMP and Maintenance Spec

can someone explain to me what is the difference between the Continous Airworthiness Maintenance Program and Maintenance Specification?
as i know both of those data are hold by the engineering dept. and very classify, is it true?

Yes, an operator's program is considered proprietary (private) information, but we can speak in generalities.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Maintenance Specification," though; can you be more specific?
The CAMP is simply the program, approved by the regulatory body (FAA here in the US), that the operator uses to maintain their aircraft.
But "Maintenance Specification" could refer to lots of things, so please give us some more info.

Could he mean the Maintenance Specification Manual (MSM)?

In that case, the MSM is simply a company document developed from manufacturer's documents that spell out scheduled maintenance tasks and their intervals.
