I've been a regular visitor for the last 7 or so years, but have only now decided to create an account and officially join.
I'll get right to the point — I have a small design brand and we're currently working on a bespoke art piece for a client (an aviation enthusiast as well), which will essentially consist of four stylised airplane windows made from black glass and placed on polished aluminium bases.
Even though the object itself will be rather minimalist and abstract, I still want the "windows" to have proper dimensions — I decided to use the ones of the Airbus' A330/340 series, mainly because both the client and I find the A340-500 to be most beautiful and well-proportioned subsonic commercial airplane ever made and I thought it could be a lovely, if somewhat subtle, homage.
My first step was of course to contact Airbus and Lufthansa Technik, but it has been two months so far and I have yet to receive a reply (although I'm certain it will arrive the moment after the glass has been cut). What I've found here and on Google is either in rather low resolution or without any details and radius info (usually both). Therefore, I was hoping someone here might have access to such information. I would require both the precise dimensions of the glass (width & height) along with the radius info for the corners. Any other details available (such as curvature, etc.) would just be a bonus. A schematic or a technical drawing would of course be ideal, if possible. And while I would prefer the dimensions for the A330/340 series, I would also be quite content with the ones for the A320 series.

look up Airbus A340 ACAPS documents. There may be something in there.

You could always find someone travelling on an A330/340 and ask them to take a tape measure and/or a pencil and paper to trace an outline of the windows.
