On Emirates website you can insert your flight number and date and see what services will be onboard a few months before the flight. How is that possible if they a pick a plane just a few hours before takeoff? Or was it just "for drama purposes" and planes are selected long before the day of the flight? How does all that "kitchen" works, if anyone knows?
