Fuel consumption difference between JT9D-7 and PW4062

Wondering if anyone knows the fuel consumption difference between the baseline JT9D-7 and the current PW4062
I'm thinking somewhere between 10-12%?
Curious as to what kind of range improvement that would (hypothetically) translate into for the 747SP (all other things being equal)
