Since this is a technical question I am going to ask here.
There are certain restrictions from certain airlines and airports that passengers are required to check in there laptop and tablets and even cameras.
Certain laptops have operational temperature limits and storage temperature limits as well.
The cargo hold of the aircraft were all the checked-in luggages go are way below freezing temperatures at above 15000 feet to whatever cruise altitude the aircraft is flying.
Will this mean that certain electronic devices will be damaged from these major temperature and pressure differences?
The area were the luggages go is not pressurized and not temperature controlled.
So will this mean that electronic devices will get damaged.

Nothing to worry about.

And what about pressure changes?
Will that damage electronic devices?

It is pressurized. People and pets whom have survived the cargo hold can attest to this.
Freeze sensitive items like cheese, wine, etc all survive trips in the cargo hold.
Again, your electronics will be fine.

The luggage compartment is not pressurized.
The baggage area, which is below the passenger deck, is pressurized the same as the passenger cabin. The fuselage of the aircraft is a tube, which is pressurized to a certain altitude so everybody can breath normally and the bags and dogs, cats and birds whom may be stored in the cargo hold can breath normally also. The temperature of the baggage compartments is usually colder than the px cabin, but kept well above freezing.

The luggage compartment is not pressurized.
Pressure is the same in the cabin and hold. It is difficult to make pressure vessel with sharp corners as required to exclude hold, so entire body cross-section is pressurized.

The floor you stand on could not contain the pressure. It is a light weight honeycomb composite. The ceilings of the cargo bin are even less strong. They are just a sheet of reinforced plastic about 0.020 thick. They will contain smoke and fire for a while, but not a pressure differential. I think the largest concern for electronics in the cargo holds is Li-ion batteries. Having a quantity of them in a unknown packing, possibly even with the device on could be an issue.
