QR138 BCN to DOH 26th September...

Don't quite know where to post this so apologies if in the incorrect forum.

I have booked QR138 from BCN to DOH on 26th September in Business. Did this via AA's site. I am told this flight is being operated by LATAM Brazilian Airlines. I don't know what that means. I would like to know the following:
Is this flight on QR's metal and the crew just happens to be LATAM?
Is this a subsidiary of QR?
It states flight is on an A359 the reason for my booking it. I can't find information on LATAM's fleet so wasn't aware it has A359
Are seats fully flat?

Any help would be much appreciated
