QR A320 J class to Africa

Hi all

I am looking to book flights from Nairobi to Melbourne on Qatar airways in J class. Planning on flying on 15 Jan 2020 (a long time away but need to get in early for an award booking!).

I was wondering if anyone knows which A320 routes to Africa feature the lay flat business class seats?

Any help would be appreciated!

I know they fly a320 with the recliners, though i also know they fly 2 to 3 flights a day to NBO, and one of them is a 787 which has the lie flat business class seat.

I don't believe there is logic to it, but for what it's worth widebodies are more common now with the blockade and they have to fly further. NBO now has 787 and 330 (and maybe one A320). But for the lie flats I believe it's random.
