Automatic toilet seat cover changers still available at ORD?

ORD is famous for its automatic toilet seat cover changers which I used to play with them when I was young. It was very advanced back then. Still available?

Chicago is famous for its deep dish pizzas, popcorn, hot dogs and cheesecakes, but certainly not ‘automatic toilet seat cover changers.’

Of course I know ORD is famous for good food etc.

But a lot of people around me do mention about this feature. Also it is on youtube. That's why I am curious
