Got an email from them today, very short saying "Cloud 9 is coming We’re taking you closer to the magic of flying with Virgin Atlantic. Look out for something new and fabulous in your inbox very soon."
And that was it, anyone know what they are on about?

Likely to be the new 'global' Virgin Group rewards app that's spawned from the UK's Virgin Red app. VS are the lead company.
Will run alongside Flying Club and eventually expand options throughout the V group.
